Getting started
Get your workspace ready for the work ahead.
Begin with an account for the hosted service, then add a small amount of course information. You can build out the rest as you study.
Set up the hosted workspace
- Open the app and choose registration.
- Use a real email address you can access, and set your account password and PIN as requested.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email when verification is enabled.
- Complete the setup, add your subjects and create the first task.
If an email or login does not work
Check the email address and the spam folder. A code expires, and repeated incorrect attempts can temporarily lock verification. Use the resend control when its cooldown ends. Never send a code, password or PIN in a support report.
If no message arrives after a reasonable wait, the site operator needs to check the mail provider and deployment settings. The public website cannot verify a provider account or deliver mail on its own. For password recovery, use the account recovery option and open the latest email link.
Understand online and offline use
A hosted login, verification message and server sync require internet access. The installed app can cache its interface after a successful load, but an interface cache does not replace the account server.
The separate offline HTML edition runs locally and saves in that browser. Open your backup tools before moving devices, importing study data or clearing browser storage. The offline edition is not automatically connected to your hosted account.
Report a problem with enough detail to fix it
Inside the workspace, open Help, Guides & Support and choose Report Issue / Feedback. Describe the page, the action you took, what you expected and what happened. Include the browser and device if the problem concerns layout, audio or installation.
Feedback is recorded by the configured deployment. A response time is not guaranteed, and the form is not an emergency service. For a university deadline or attendance issue, contact the institution responsible for that record.
A little progress, every day
