Keep deadlines in sight

Know what is due, and what to do next.

Bring coursework deadlines into your study plan so important work does not depend on remembering a message, a handout or an open browser tab.

Keep coursework attached to the right subject

Record each assignment with a recognizable title, its subject and the due date shown by your teacher or learning platform. Use consistent titles so you can tell a draft, an exercise and a final submission apart.

A deadline is the final boundary of the work. Your planner can hold the actions before it: read the brief, gather sources, solve the questions, write a draft and check the final file. The tracker shows the commitment; the daily plan makes room to meet it.

Work back from the submission date

  1. Check the official brief, required file format and submission time zone.
  2. Add the assignment and its deadline to the workspace.
  3. Reserve time for the first attempt and for checking your answer.
  4. Confirm submission in the official learning system, then update your record.

Review the nearest deadlines first

At the start of the week, look at work due soon and work that needs several sessions. An assignment due later may still need an early start if it includes research or a group dependency. Avoid filling the whole week with small urgent tasks while a larger piece of work waits.

If your teacher changes the due date, update the workspace from the official announcement. Lernivra is a personal record and does not automatically submit coursework or connect to every school portal. Keep the official submission receipt when one is provided.

Leave time for the final check

Before submitting, compare the file with the brief: the correct questions, required references, filename and upload format. A short checking block belongs in the plan just as much as the writing block. Once the work is submitted, keep useful feedback with your subject notes so the next assignment benefits from it.
